We are so very proud of the many bright young dancers who have graduated our studio with solid work ethics, personal integrity, and a positive sense of self.
In a continued effort to contribute to the enhanced reputation and ever-increasing quality of life in our community; The Ballet & Performing Arts Centre is committed to challenge, stimulate, educate, entertain, and thereby enrich our students and audiences.
We proudly call BPAC a family and invite you to join it!
School Year Program
Our School Year Program spanning from August to May, offers a nurturing and structured learning environment that encourages individuality, creative expression, and an appreciation for the art of dance. Our program promotes positive personal growth while providing unparalleled instruction and performance opportunities to students of all ages and ability.
Training up to five days a week, dancers ages 3 to 18 years old work with resident and guest instructors who are invested in each dancer’s artistic growth. Offering a wide variety of classes in Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Contemporary, Tap, Hip Hop, Variations, Stretch & Conditioning; BPAC is sure to have a class that is perfect for every student!
Summer Program
Summer is the perfect time to try something new or dive deeper into dance! We highly recommend continued study during the summer months in order to maintain level of achievement.
BPAC offers 4 day, fun and interactive dance camps for our young dancers ages 3-6. Summer Intensive camps are offered for ages 7-18.
Students who dance throughout the summer improve drastically in their abilities and are more successful throughout the school year than students that take the summer off. Continued summer study helps the student remain strong, maintain muscle memory, and continue to advance.
Students who desire a lead role in the Nutcracker and those who would like to audition for competition teams must take a minimum of 25 hours of dance in the summer months. These can be obtained through BPAC's Summer Workshops and/or Private Lessons.
When auditioning for a leading role in the Nutcracker and/or for BPAC competitive teams summer hours are a strong point of consideration and weighed along with the student’s audition performance.
A student’s loyalty to the art of dance and drive to get the most out of their ability through hard work and dedication over the summer is highly encouraged and does not go unnoticed!
